It is the busiest time of the year hence our current processing time is currently between 2-4 weeks for dispatch (this is for both standard and express postage).

  • Upgrading orders to express does not imply that the item will be rushed; it means the couriers will use their express delivery service.

Cancellation Policy / Change Of Mind

Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase and if it has not been shipped within that period.

Returns/Exchanges

Pip and Willow will not accept exchanges for those who have a change of mind or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item.

Pip and Willow will however accept returns & offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pipandwillow.com.au


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.

Please note: Some of our products are natural wooden products; therefore not each disc/memory drop is the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund will be issued for change of mind.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase and you have not reported a fault, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as: 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Specifications:

  • Size of frame - Approximately 17cm wide x 21cm high
  • The frame light comes with a USB plug connection as standard, and requires a 240v to 5v standard plug outlet or a USB battery pack to operate (not included).
  • There are flashing RGB and fading RGB lights modes. You can also set the brightness for each light colour.
  • All other items in the images are not included
  • Designed and made in Sydney, Australia

How to Order:

  • Select if you would like the Mother or Grandmother Verse
  • Type in the text box who the frame is for in the text box provided. (Eg. Mum, Mama, Mummy, Granny, Mi Mi, Nan etc.) - we will then create the 'noun' section to match.
  • Write what you would like engraved at the bottom of the frame.

NOTE: Please avoid touching the acrylic on the face. When handling the acrylic, please hold by the edges. If finger prints or dust appear on the acrylic, please gently wipe with a lens cleaner cloth or microfibre towel. Water or other cleaning products must not be used. Also avoid using sponges, tissues, paper towel etc. as it will scratch the acrylic.

Our LED Night Lights are not a toy and are for decoration only. Please keep out of reach from children and away from water.
