Cancellation Policy / Change Of Mind
Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase and if it has not been shipped within that period.
Returns/Exchanges
Pip and Willow will not accept exchanges for those who have a change of mind or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item.
Pip and Willow will however accept returns & offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pipandwillow.com.au
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.
Please note: Some of our products are natural wooden products; therefore not each disc/memory drop is the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund will be issued for change of mind.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase and you have not reported a fault, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Our Wooden Angel Baby Keepsake Boxes have been created to remember and honour the beautiful babies born sleeping, and those who have miscarried and/or lost a child.
Our true hope for this box is to allow parents to feel close to their angel babies. Everything that brings comfort is stored in one place, safe within arms reach. It can be filled with blankets, cards, clothes, and other precious items that we hope to bring comfort on the days of grief.
We have designed this in honour of Everly Primrose Grech, a beautiful baby girl born sleeping only a few short months ago.
I asked her mother, Emily, to describe how this box made her feel, and what this it does for her, and here is her response:
“Nothing can describe the pain that comes when you lose a child. It’s like your whole world has been ripped apart and you can’t escape the nightmare. The grief is relentless and all-encompassing. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to create a lifetime of memories with Everly, so instead, we cling tightly to the small things that remind us of her.
I can’t even describe how much this box means to me. I just have to look at Evie’s box and I know that she is right there, every piece of her. Everything that brings me comfort is stored in this one place, safe yet within arms reach. It keeps me close to her and whenever I hold it, it’s like I’m holding her again and there is nothing more healing.”

Specifications:
- Manufactured out of 12mm dressed pine, with a 3mm ply base and a 4mm ply sliding lid.
- Round thumb indentation on the box to assist with sliding

NOTE: As these boxes are made from a natural product (pine and plywood), please allow for variations in the wood such as patterns, texture and knots. The texture and pattern will vary from the ones pictured. This is what we love about our boxes the most - each set is so unique.
