Cancellation Policy / Change Of Mind
Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase and if it has not been shipped within that period.
Returns/Exchanges
Pip and Willow will not accept exchanges for those who have a change of mind or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item.
Pip and Willow will however accept returns & offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pipandwillow.com.au
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.
Please note: Some of our products are natural wooden products; therefore not each disc/memory drop is the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund will be issued for change of mind.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase and you have not reported a fault, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Our Angel Mother Arch Plaques have been created to remember and honor the mother of all the beautiful babies born sleeping, and those who have miscarried and/or lost a child.
Our true hope for these plaques is to allow mothers to feel close to their angel babies and allow them a moment to feel comfort on the days of grief.
A truly special keepsake that can be cherished for a lifetime.
$1 from every plaque sold will be donated to the Heartfelt Foundation, who give the gift of photographic memories to families who have experienced stillbirth.

- Size of plaque - Approximately 12.5cm wide x 19cm high
- Comes without magnets as standard, however, you can choose to add magnets or a stand for an additional cost.
- Manufactured out of 3mm plywood, with laser engraving
- All other items in the images are not included
- Designed and made in Melbourne, Australia
How to Order:
- Select if you would like magnets, a stand, or no fixing.
- Type in the text box who the plaque is for in the text box provided. (Eg. Mum, Mama, Mummy etc.)
- Select if the plaque is in honor of a boy or girl.
- Write the name of the angel baby

NOTE: As our plaques are made from a natural product (plywood), please allow for variations in the wood such as patterns, texture, and knots. The texture and pattern will vary from the ones pictured. This is what we love about our frames the most - each set is so unique.
