- Upgrading orders to express does not imply that the item will be rushed; it means the couriers will use their express delivery service.

Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase and if it has not been shipped within that period.
Returns/Exchanges
Pip and Willow will not accept exchanges for those who have a change of mind or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item.
Pip and Willow will however accept returns & offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pipandwillow.com.au
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.
Please note: Some of our products are natural wooden products; therefore not each disc/memory drop is the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund will be issued for change of mind.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase and you have not reported a fault, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

How to Order:
- In the event that your child did not write their name, we will supply a simple font name for them. Just leave the name of your child in the space provided

Notes:
- Important: kindly ensure that your child draws using a black pen or marker on a white background (no pencils please)
- Ensure that photographs are captured in a well-lit environment and possess a high resolution.
- It is best if the drawings are scanned, but photos on the phone are fine as long as it is not blurry
- Proof will be sent and if there are changes, kindly email back within 24 hours. Otherwise, we will proceed with production.
- If ordering for more than one child, kindly name the file with your kid's name.
- All other items in the images are not included

- As our items are made from a natural products, please allow for variations in the wood such as patterns, texture and knots. The texture and pattern will vary from the ones pictured.
- As all of our products are handmade by us, please allow 5-10 working days for dispatch (this is for both standard and express postage). We thank you for your patience.
