Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase and if it has not been shipped within that period.
Returns/Exchanges
Pip and Willow will not accept exchanges for those who have a change of mind or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item.
Pip and Willow will however accept returns & offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pipandwillow.com.au
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.
Please note: Some of our products are natural wooden products; therefore not each disc/memory drop is the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund will be issued for change of mind.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase and you have not reported a fault, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

With the added feature of interchangeable panels, you can easily switch out panels for special occasions such as Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries, Father's Day, and more.

- Due to the size of the crate, this item will be shipped to you flat-packed. Detailed assembly instructions and screws are included, however, you will require a Phillips Head screwdriver.

Options:
- Crate + Panels - Receive the crate with separate three 3mm lasered panels; attach them to the wood using Velcro dots. This way you can interchange the panels every special occasions such as Christmas, birthdays etc …
- Crate only - The design is laser-engraved directly on the wood
- Panels only - Assuming you already have a large crate, attach these 3mm plywood panels to the front using the provided Velcro dots. Interchange them during special occasions like Christmas or birthdays.

As these CRATES are made from a natural product (pine and plywood), please allow for variations in the wood such as patterns, texture, and knots. The texture and pattern will vary from the ones pictured.
