Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase and if it has not been shipped within that period.
Returns/Exchanges
Pip and Willow will not accept exchanges for those who have a change of mind or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item.
Pip and Willow will however accept returns & offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pipandwillow.com.au
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.
Please note: Some of our products are natural wooden products; therefore not each disc/memory drop is the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund will be issued for change of mind.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase and you have not reported a fault, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Our Easter Bunny key is the perfect way to add a magical touch to your Easter Saturday 'eve' traditions. Simply leave the key out for The Easter Bunny, and he will come through the front door and leave some special treats.
Each wooden tag is handmade and personalised with your child's name or surname and comes with our matching Easter Bunny key.
Specifications:
- Tag is manufactured out of 3mm plywood and is 5.8cm wide x 8.4cm high (approximately). No other wording/graphics can be changed, other than your child's name or surname.
- Key is manufactured out of metal and is cooper in colour.

NOTE: As these tags & keys are made from a natural product, please allow for variations in the wood such as patterns, texture, and knots. The texture and pattern will vary from the ones pictured. This is what we love about our keys/tags the most - each set is so unique.
