Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase and if it has not been shipped within that period.
Returns/Exchanges
Pip and Willow will not accept exchanges for those who have a change of mind or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item.
Pip and Willow will however accept returns & offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pipandwillow.com.au
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.
Please note: Some of our products are natural wooden products; therefore not each disc/memory drop is the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund will be issued for change of mind.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase and you have not reported a fault, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Our crates are generously sized to fit all your holiday goodies in one box.
You can personalise your crate with up to two children’s names or your family surname — making it a truly special keepsake your family will treasure year after year.
IMPORTANT NOTE: our small crates are from IKEA and are specifically measured for them, the large ones are from Bunnings. So if you are going to just order the plaque and will attach to another crate, please just take note

Specifications:
- Due to the size of the crate, this item will be shipped to you flat-packed. Detailed assembly instructions and screws are included, however, you will require a Phillips Head screwdriver.
- Crate Dimensions - 46cm wide x 31cm deep x 25cm high (if you want to confirm if the crate you have fits our panels, please email us)
- Panel Dimensions - 44.2cm x 7cm high
- Manufactured out of Pine Timber with engraving and white acrylic name

Crate Options:

Crate + Panels - Receive the crate with separate three 4mm lasered panels; attach them to the wood using Velcro dots provided. This way you can interchange the panels every special occasions such as Christmas, birthdays, Mother's and Father's Day etc ..
- Crate only - The design is laser-engraved directly on the wood
- Panels only - Assuming you already have a large crate, attach these wooden panels to the front using the provided Velcro dots. Interchange them during special occasions like Christmas or birthdays
