Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase and if it has not been shipped within that period.
Returns/Exchanges
Pip and Willow will not accept exchanges for those who have a change of mind or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item.
Pip and Willow will however accept returns & offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pipandwillow.com.au
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.
Please note: Some of our products are natural wooden products; therefore not each disc/memory drop is the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund will be issued for change of mind.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase and you have not reported a fault, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

How It Works
- Make sure your phone has the ability to charge wirelessly before buying!
- Connect the USB charger to a power source
- Set your phone on the dock.
How To Order:
- Choose from the designs available - you can also add your own message, drawing and/or handwriting from you kid etc.
- Design 1 - you can add DAD, GRANDPA etc. (WORLD'S GREATEST text is fixed and cannot be altered)
- Design 2 - You can write text at the top, and at the bottom (please just indicate which one is the top/bottom
- Design 3 - Indicate which one is at the top and bottom of the line
- Design 4 - would require you to upload your kid's drawing
- Design 5 - add your text and this will be written in cursive font

- No proofs will be sent for this item so please make sure everything is correct
- Colour may vary slightly due to different colour monitors.
- As all of our products are handmade by us, please allow 10-15 working days for dispatch (this is for both standard and express postage)
- Please also allow for variations in the wood such as patterns, texture, and knots. The texture and pattern will vary from the ones pictured.

Which size should I choose?
Small (20cm x 15cm x 10cm): > Ideal for those tiny first keepsakes. Perfect for hospital name bands, your baby’s first dummy, a lock of hair, jewelry, and small trinkets.
Large (30.5cm x 22cm x 13cm) – Our Best Seller: > Designed to fit standard A4 documents. This is the perfect choice for storing your baby journals, ultrasound photos, "coming home" outfits, and first birthday cards.
Extra Large (43cm x 30.5cm x 13cm): > For the family who wants to keep everything. This fits bulky items like heirloom blankets, soft toys, multiple journals, and larger clothing items like christening gowns or newborn beanies.
What is the box made of?
Our boxes are handcrafted in Australia from high-quality 12mm dressed pine with a smooth 4mm plywood sliding lid.
Because wood is a natural product, your box will have its own unique personality with varying wood grains, patterns, and natural knots. We believe this makes every keepsake box as unique as the child it belongs to.
How do I ensure my personalisation is correct?
- Check the Font: Use our Font Previewer on the product page to see exactly how your name looks in our different styles.
- Review Details: We engrave exactly what you type. Please double-check birth dates, times, and weights before hitting 'Add to Cart'.
- Proofs: If you select "Yes" for a proof, we will email you and request for your approval. Please check your junk folder! If we don't hear back within 24 hours of sending the proof, we will proceed with production to avoid delays.
When will my order arrive?
Processing: As these are handmade in Australia, please allow 2–3 weeks for us to craft your box before it is shipped.
Shipping: We ship via trackable courier. Choosing 'Express Shipping' speeds up the time it takes the postman to deliver it, but does not change the making time.

Will my box warp over time?
Because our boxes are made from natural solid timber, they can slightly expand or contract depending on the humidity and temperature of your home.
To prevent warping:
- Store in a dry place: Avoid damp areas like laundries or bathrooms.
- Keep away from direct sunlight: Long-term exposure to harsh sun can dry out the wood too quickly, leading to "cupping" or cracks.
- Avoid extreme heat: Keep your box away from heaters or fireplaces.
