Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase and if it has not been shipped within that period.
Returns/Exchanges
Pip and Willow will not accept exchanges for those who have a change of mind or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item.
Pip and Willow will however accept returns & offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pipandwillow.com.au
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.
Please note: Some of our products are natural wooden products; therefore not each disc/memory drop is the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund will be issued for change of mind.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase and you have not reported a fault, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

How to Add a Message or Video to Your Ornament:
You can enhance your ornament by adding a voice message or video that can be accessed through a QR code or NFC tag. Here’s a quick guide on how to create and share your message:

- Make a Video: Use your phone or camera to create a video that captures your message or moment.

Upload Your File
Your file needs to be uploaded to a platform that allows public sharing. Here are a few easy-to-use options below -
Share the Link with Us
Once your file is uploaded and shareable, simply copy the link and provide it to us when placing your order. We’ll embed the link in the QR code and NFC tag on the back of your ornament, so the recipient can easily view or listen to your message.
(please also ensure that the person you are giving it to knows how to use QR code or NFC)
Dropbox:
- Upload your file to Dropbox.
- Right-click the file and select "Share."
- Set the link to be "Anyone with the link can view."
YouTube:
- Upload your video to YouTube.
- Set the visibility to "Unlisted" (so only people with the link can view it).
Vimeo:
- Upload your video to Vimeo.
- Go to "Privacy" settings and select "Anyone" can watch.
Other platforms like Google Drive or SoundCloud (for audio) work similarly—just make sure the link is public or shareable. All other items except for the ornament is not included. Please take note of our lead times and message us if urgent (rush fees applies)
